At Shop Iccon, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. Due to recent updates, please review our new policy effective November, 20, 2024:

Policy Overview

We offer exchanges and store credits only. Refunds are not available except for defective or damaged items. You have 7 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or store credit.

Eligibility for Exchanges or Store Credits

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • Items must be in new condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • All requests must be initiated via email at support@shopiccon.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or store credit requests for:

  • Sale items, markdowns, or gift cards.

  • Intimates, bodysuits, accessories, or other hygiene-sensitive items.

  • International orders (except those shipped to Canada).

If you have concerns about your order, please contact us before making a purchase.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@shopiccon.com if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

If the item is no longer in stock, a refund to your original payment method will be issued.

How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit

  1. Contact us at support@shopiccon.com with your order details within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Upon approval, return your item to the address provided.

  3. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue your store credit or process your exchange.

Important Notes:

    •    Items not meeting the above criteria will not be eligible for exchanges or store credits.

    •    Store credits are valid for 6 months from the issue date.
